1. Using this site

• ·You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you.
• ·If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
• ·Please give accurate contact and delivery details so we can reach you.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm by email, SMS or WhatsApp that your order is accepted and dispatched.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify payment. If you have already paid, we refund you in full.

We may limit the quantity of a product per order.

3. Prices and payment

• ·Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• ·Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
• ·You can pay by M-Pesa or card at checkout (processed securely by our payment provider), or pay the rider on delivery where offered.

4. Delivery, returns and cancellations

Delivery times, fees, returns, cancellations and refunds are set out in our Delivery, Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Using our products

• ·Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
• ·Read the ingredients before use, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin, and do a patch test on a small area first.
• ·Stop using a product if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or under medical care, check with your doctor before using essential oils.
• ·Keep products out of reach of children and away from the eyes.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Kenyan consumer protection law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using, or being unable to use, the site or our products, including from using a product against its instructions.

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs we suffer because you broke these terms, misused the site or infringed the law or someone else’s rights.

7. Our content

The Ria Naturals name, logo, photographs, product descriptions and other site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please contact us first; most problems can be resolved quickly.
