User Content Policy

1. Permission to use your content

By submitting a review, or by posting, tagging or mentioning Ria Naturals in content, you accept this policy and give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and permanent licence to use, reproduce, edit for length and display that content on our website, social media, newsletters and other marketing.

You still own your content. Where practical, we credit you by your name or handle. If we want to feature your content prominently, for example in a paid advert, we will ask you first.

2. Your promises

• ·The content is yours, or you have permission from everyone involved, including the photographer and anyone shown in it.
• ·Reviews reflect your own honest experience of a product you used.

3. What we will not publish

• ·Content that is offensive, discriminatory, misleading or unlawful.
• ·Claims that a product cures or treats a medical condition.
• ·Images of children without their parent’s or guardian’s consent.
• ·Personal information about other people, or spam and advertising.

We may decline, edit for length or remove content that does not follow this policy. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning or rating.

4. Asking us to take something down

Email hello@rianaturals.com with a link to the content and we will remove it from our site and channels within a reasonable time. Content already printed or sent cannot be recalled.
